• Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Standard delivery times depend on your location, but typically range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.

2. Custom-Made Products

• Custom orders require a production period of approximately 4 weeks.

• Once completed, the item will be shipped via Australia Post.

• Please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery after dispatch.

• You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your custom order is shipped.

3. Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items will be shipped within 3 business days after the advertised release date or arrival in stock.

• Please refer to the product page for the estimated arrival date.

• Standard delivery times apply after dispatch.
