HannahLife is an online-only store based in Australia. We operate from a warehouse located in Melbourne, VIC, and we deliver our products within Australia only.

2. Products

We sell physical goods only. All products listed on our website are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change product details, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been dispatched.

4. Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval

You are not required to create an account to make a purchase on our website. You may check out as a guest.
